Nicholas Lim is the Founder of Nicholas & Associates. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

His practice is principally focused on civil litigation and dispute resolution, debt recovery, and family and matrimonial matters. He also advises on employment law, probate and estate administration, wills and property-related matters.

Nicholas adopts a practical and solution-oriented approach to legal practice, with an emphasis on understanding each client’s circumstances and providing clear, considered and commercially sensible advice.
